Product Information

The G.Saver II is a retractable fall arrest device equipped with an integrated rescue winch, designed to raise or lower the user to safety in the event of a fall.

Primarily used in fall arrest mode, the winch mechanism remains disengaged to protect the user from falling. If a fall occurs, the steel cable is deployed at an accelerating rate. Once the cable reaches a speed of 1.5mtr/sec, the braking system engages, quickly arresting and cushioning the fall. After the fall is stopped, the winch mechanism can be activated, allowing the user to be raised or lowered to safety. The G.Saver II eliminates the need for additional retrieval equipment, ensuring users aren't left suspended for extended periods while awaiting rescue.

Once the load is removed and the winch disengaged, the cable automatically retracts back into the unit, restoring its fall arrest capability.

The G.Saver II can be mounted vertically above the user or horizontally with a suitable anchorage point. It is also compatible with the G.Tripod.
