Product Information
The Turbolock is a high-performance progress capture pulley engineered to be compact, durable, and highly efficient.
Its ergonomic design allows for easy one-handed operation. The integrated locking mechanism enables rope insertion without detaching the pulley from the anchor, and it automatically locks when under load to prevent accidental openings during use. The toothed cam ensures a quick and secure grip on ropes ranging from 8 to 13 mm in diameter.
The cam can be engaged or disengaged using a protected switch located within the pulley’s side flanges, minimizing the risk of accidental activation. A single motion opens the cam for easy rope insertion or removal, or for use as a standard, non-locking pulley. Two deliberate actions engage the cam for secure progress capture.
Featuring two attachment points—a main anchor point and a becket hole—the Turbolock allows for smooth karabiner rotation, enhancing ease of use.
The large-diameter sheave, equipped with sealed ball bearings, delivers outstanding efficiency at 95%. Built for reliability, the Turbolock incorporates hot-forged side plates, a precision-milled aluminum alloy sheave, and components made from stainless steel, including the cam, rivets, and pins.
